Production Capabilities

Custom Quartzware Manufacturing Workflow

Every piece of customized glassware manufactured by Donghai County Nivra Quartz Products Co., Ltd. goes through rigid quality controls.

1. CAD Drawing Audit

Validation of dimensional tolerances, wall thickness uniformity, thermal stress points, and weld geometry.

2. CNC Cutting & Grinding

Diamond-wheel edge grinding, CNC core drilling, and laser profile cutting of plates and tubes.

3. Flame Fusion Welding

Hydrogen-oxygen micro-torch flame welding executed by master glassblowers with 10+ years experience.

4. Annealing & Metrology

Controlled electric furnace annealing to remove residual stresses, followed by optical strain and dimensional checks.
